I am working with Pi-5 8 GB models and and keep running into this issue where it's kernel error

there is a link to the pics i was able to get i cant seem to find anything online and i will try to summarize everything here but the pics will show a more clear representation
Upon power on Pi-5 it starts and shows it sees the NVME that we want to boot to then it goes to a kernel panic- not syncing! Asynchronous Serror Interrupt and just sits there not booting anything again i have looked over the last several days and i cant seem to find an answer any help is much apricated Thank you
