General • Pico W Access Point - no http connection from Android or IOS

I have built the sample access point application using Visual Studio Code and the PICO SDK and loaded the application to my Pico W.

I can connect to the WiFi point and then access the Pico web page from my Windows 10 PC using Chrome, Firefox and Duck DuckGo.
The web page is http:// not secure https://

• Android phone and tablet will connect to WiFi but not load the web page.

• IOS phone similarly will connect to the Access Point but will not load the web page.

Is this as expected or are there further settings that may enable a mobile device to connect and load the web page?

Supplementary question. Do some of the AP settings persist. I changed the IP address in the code but the AP seemed to serve the old IP address. Should I power off rather then just reset between uploads to the PICO W
