Yeah I've disabled auto updates so there *should* only be one reboot.You could make it so that it detects the 1strun.txt and renames it 1strun_b.txt, then exits. Then on the boot after the resize it deletes the 1strun_b.txt file and goes to the setup page.
I think there's just the one reboot for resize. There may be another for software updates.
Current experiment is to put the file deletion at the end of the script with a "sleep 30" before it, which seems to work but it's a little bit inelegant.
