Have you got a spare sd card to write your OS and try again ?4 short flashes, then a blink. its looped"flashing green 4 times"

Have the card, don't have the reader. But that alone doesn't explain USB ports doesn't output any power to any of my devices, tried with an external hdd (disk doesn't spin), keyboard (lights doesnt light). I think its solely faulty product
