Raspberry Pi Connect • Pressing any key on keyboard disconnects session

Hello,

I have just set up Raspberry Pi Connect and running into an issue where whenever I press any key on my keyboard or any of the buttons on the bottom toolbar, the session gets disconnected.

Does anyone have any solutions to this? I can't find any info on solutions.
