If you just tell them your problem and what you need, the RPi staff are often very helpful in finding out if they can help you and what parts might be.
It been a while since you first asked, I assume you still have the same problem. August last year and then again four months later with the reply not going to happen.
The only real thing the original schematics were useful for was the PP pin usages and the odd part repair. But now people just take pictures and say, what is this because I was an idiot and rammed a screwdriver in it, or dropped a tool on it and along comes somebody telling you.
