Compute Module • Re: Ethernet without POE in RPi CM4

Hi,

I am HW engineer and i am developing a new card based on CM4.
I am looking for a RJ45 connector, 1GBE, without POE.
I want to use Molex connector PN: 936273606 (RJ45 magnetics integrated), but the CT pin connection is different.
I am attaching magnetics image.
Pin 2 is VCC but in CM4 IO there is no VCC connection.
Can I leave pin 2 (VCC) floating and pin 1(GND) connect to ground?
Or do I have to connect pin 2 to specific voltage? If it is necessary to connect to voltage, to what voltage?
