Do you still remember which instructions you followed? What that https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentati ... -pi-imager or something external from some other site? Do you still remember what options you had on the Storage dialog? You very likely selected your D: drive instead of the SD card. What was D: before all that? An attached USB drive?I went to the website followed the instructions and this is the outcome.
I would also strongly advice to be very careful with any recovery tool: Unless you know what you're doing, they have the potential to make things worse if you, for example, use them on the wrong disk. I would suggest you try to get help from someone professional.
