Yeah I saw the <iommuc> and figured it was too much to hope for that there was a separate cache for some of them (to avoid flooding a single, shared TLB). Also, what's IOMMU3 used for and what's sysctrl? I don't see it in the device tree so it's probably not used but it's still interesting.
