Yep. IMHO to move away from that would risk damaging the brand.Pile 'em high implies a lack of quality which is something we don't do.But isn't that the case with Pi branded SD Cards, NVMe and PSU ? Not necessarily cheap, but I wouldn't expect them to have high mark-up nor generate great profit per unit.Although we are moving away from the original intention of the thread, which was to focus on possible products, not to pile 'em high and sell 'em cheap
The middle ground between entirely in-house and branded would be things like the Hailo which required an M.2 HAT and now available as an AI HAT+ in its own right.
High quality, cost effective, well supported.
