We've met this problem with some batches of EC11 encoders even from known suppliers. Try increasing the current through the contacts with 1k or even 470 Ohm pull-ups. Will use more current but see if the bouncing decreases or not.Do I need real resistors (like 10 kΩ) on CLK/DT lines
