Yes I just don't use that jumper to control the hat. Just move it over to always on. Looks safe to do from what I read. Thank you everyone for the help.Looks like mechanically they will stack, but you might have to get creative. Electronically, the only pin that clashes is D6, but it looks like you might be able to get the cellular HAT to ignore it. Or just don't use that relay.Here is what I am hoping to use with a raspberry pi.
