3.14GHz sounds interesting as an experimnet.
I do run my Pi5 with 3GHz and force_turbo=1 since months without issues — so not much to gain and I will keep at 3GHz.
The last entry is new for new NVME base I installed today.
It did not increase bootup speed for Crucial P3 500GB SSD, so I it commented out:
