I did not have to install LibreOffice it came with the 64 bit Operating System,
I just went to "Recommended Software" unticked LibreOffice to uninstall it, did a reboot (you never know in the big city) then I went back to "Recommended Software" tick LibreOffice to re-install it and it was back to the same issue, sorry I do not have any good news.
