Thanks for the information. I wasn't aware of the approval page. I shall review it.The CM5/CM5IO board is compliant with the HDMI specification. Labeling the CEC pin as 5v tolerant is a little confusing at there is no requirements for it to be so. No level shifting required otherwise we would have a string of returns form customers using the CM5IO board. Have you seen https://pip.raspberrypi.com/categories/1103-approvals . It isn't common to do conducted emissions testing on an HDMI port.
