Alright, I figured out how to change the pinout but now I need to invert the pinout read.

Example regular code for outputting HDMI, pin 36 is positive so pi automatically assumes pin 37 is negative. I need the opposite.

Pin 36 positive, pin 35 negative. Is there a way to do that? Would the invert_diffpairs code work? I am not certain how or if I should implement it. If someone can help that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
