Go old school and search wire wrapping tools.

The default Pi pins are a bit short for multiple wires (fine for one) but if the Pi is headless I would just use round longer pins in the GPIO you require.
This is the way....

Done right it comes very very close to the reliability/durability of a full solder joint and is "non-destructively" removable. Fast even, if you are using a production gun.
