Raspberry Pi OS • Question about bootloader update.

Hello, I upgraded the bootloader (released 2023-01-18) using the Raspberry Pi Imager (v1.8.5) on my Pi 400. However, when I ran the command to verify that everything was okay, it seems that there is another update available.
I'm confused. What version of the bootloader is correct? Is it safe to update again using the command? Thanks.

Code:

rpi-eeprom-update*** UPDATE AVAILABLE ***BOOTLOADER: update available CURRENT: Wed Jan 11 05:40:52 PM UTC 2023 (1673458852) LATEST: Mon Apr 15 01:12:14 PM UTC 2024 (1713186734) RELEASE: default (/lib/firmware/raspberrypi/bootloader-2711/default) Use raspi-config to change the release.
