I wouldn't say it looks good, but at least promises some functionality. But is it stable? It's one thing playing with images and fiddling with cameras in a cozy room, but another having to that in the biting cold with snow being blown around and trying to get a picture for some hours…Mine works very similar but also adds controls for camera etc..
.Interesting. Could be fine for a very hands-on approach.I use mkv output from Motion 5.4.1 on Bookworm. Pi 2B. Camera Module 2 NoIR. I use libcamerify.
VLC plays the files fine.
The files are stored on a networked drive where a Pi 5 picks them up and merges into one daily file that I edit in Blender (on a PC), copying the .blend file back to the Pi 5 to process and produce the final .mp4 file.
