You'll have to report exactly what type of I/O errors those are. From there, others might be able to see if they recognize it. If not, it will become some discussion going nowhere, so useless after all.
I can kick-off the discussion by telling that my old UPS specification states reaction within 10ms after grid power loss and that a Pi4 PSU + Pi4 and various other electronics have no issue with it. My plan is to replace that UPS by a 12V-48V circuit and some (car) batterie(s) so I won't be using AC PSU's anymore. Reaction time will be that of a schottky diode or near perfect diode based on MOSFETs.
