Some thoughts:So..the question remains...
What is different about the OP's installation/setup that is causing a problem that nobody else seems to be having?
What I would do would be to do a fresh install on a spare media device followed by installing each of the other bits of software/changes that I had previously done, in turn; testing in between each stage to see at what point TB stops working. That way, it should be possible to work out what it is that is breaking TB.
- The OP listed running "CM5 Lite, 8GB, no WiFi. Running official Raspbery Pi OS (bookworm) from NVME". "Lite" which means no GUI which may mean some libraries not loaded causing "[GFX1-]: glxtest: DRM render node not clearly detectable. Falling back to using the only one that was found."
- Does the CM5 have a GPU? The produce brief does not list one https://datasheets.raspberrypi.com/cm5/ ... asheet.pdf while the RPI 5 does https://datasheets.raspberrypi.com/rpi5 ... -brief.pdf. Could that be causing some libraries not be to loaded?
