Bare metal, Assembly language • Is arm_peri_high effective on bcm2837 rpi models?

I realise that the config.txt option arm_peri_high isn't officially supported, but am curious if it has any effect on RPI 3B+ (or other bcm2837 models).

If so, in high peripheral / full address mode, where are the arm local peripherals and main peripherals available located?
