Difficult to help from remote for such a topic. In vehicles there are all sort of strange effects.
I have conclude that this is linked with electromagnetism disturbance in the ground wire powering the raspberry pico because this append even if I unplug the hall sensor...
When you remove the sensor, did you also remove the wires from sensor to pico? Hall sensor usually need a pullup resistor, do you use internal pullup or - in addition to this - an external resistor ? Is there a filter stage, overvoltage protection...

Your pico is working reliable except for the false sensor signals? How do you power the pico, from battery or onboard power net?
