Troubleshooting • Pi 4B showing low voltage warning

One of my project involves a raspberry pi 4B 4GB which is connected to Arduino Mega 2560 via USB cable. The pi is powdered using a power bank of 5V , 3A. The pi powers the Mega. Control pins of 5 stepper motors 28 BYJ-48 are connected to the Mega through ULN2003A drivers. But each motor+driver is powered separately using the same power bank. 5V buzzer and vibrators and some push buttons are connected to the Pi while a small potentiometer based 5V joystick is connected to the Mega. Whenever I connect a headphone input to the Pi (using a splitter), the pi shows low voltage warning. Sometimes the microphone won't get activated. Command line indicates that the Pi is throttled in such situations (but temp is normal). Does anyone know how to fix this?
