I've been building pico projects for a long time now using WSL2 and VS Code on an x86 machine.
I am trying to construct a brand-new frech & clean linux build system for my Pico projects, again running under WSL2 Ubuntu and VS Code on an x86 PC. I am having trouble where my test build fails because it is trying to build 'PioasmBuild' and fails, apparently because it can't find an x86 C compiler. Of course, the toolchain is set up for cross compiling, so there is that complication.
I don't understand why it is trying to build PioasmBuild. I read on the www that this is supposed to be a prebuilt executable, but I can't find it anywhere in the SDK.
I feel like I must be missing something simple, but right now, I'm lost.
