I don’t think those speakers should be connected to 3.3V or 5V. Seems like a major error in their description and/or photos.
As mentioned I believe they should be connected to an amplifier.
That seems to be the truth. An indication that the vendor is not able to understand their products, and should not be trusted.That Amazon listing showing connections to a RPi is nonsense. You will never get sound from those speakers by connecting its two wires to power pins on the GPIO header. Connecting to the 3.3 Volt pin and Ground could even damage a RPi by overloading its 3.3 Volt regulator.
