I can't connect to my raspberry pi zero 2 W because it says my password is incorrect and when I look at it there is all this text that doesn't make sense does anyone know how to fix this?

Does it specifically say the password is wrong or is it more like the following which could mean it's the userid or password. In In this case I don't have a user 'ccc' but when I do use a valid user and incorrect password, I get the same 'Permission Denied'
