If you are running into rate limits while scraping you really should look at making your scraping more server/provider friendly rather than greedily hammer every site you hit.
MoMoProxy doesn't have a free tier, it has a limited life free trial that is restricted to 1GB.
If MoMoProxy's claims of providing large numbers of successful residential IP's is true, there is a risk that your own IP gets thrown into their pool which could have detrimental consequences. If not then its only a matter of time before their IP pool will diminish as their pools get recognised on various lists, they can't possibly buy new pools of IPs indefinitely and if they are reversing through other services like AWS or other third party cloud services then they will eventually get blocked.
In the long term it is better to just scrape or obtain data responsibly rather than have all your efforts go to waste (from experience).
