You cannot use sdhost from CM4 to CM5. On CM4 the GPIOs are in the Broadcom processor. On CM5 they are in the RP1 chip. You need an Pi5 version of sdhost. Look at the differences between sdio-overlay.dts and sdio-pi5-overlay.dts
