Compute Module • CM5 eMMC error

After installing Ubuntu Server 24.04.2 LTS (64bit) using Raspberry Pi Imager v1.8.5 on CM5, the following error message occurs repeatedly.

mmc0: mmc_select_hs400 failed, error -84
mmc0: error -84 whilst initialising MMC card
...
I searched the forum and the Internet, but I couldn't find a solution to this error.
What is the cause and solution?
