The delta is in micro volts, so something like over_voltage_delta=50000 would give a 50mv increase. Then what should be the value instead of over_voltage=6 ?
I don't know about the Pi 4, but for the Pi 5 people seem to use 50mv or less. Perhaps start at 10000, stress test it, and increase by 10000 increments until its stable.
Note that over time the engineers tweak the firmware so that the Pi is stable over a wide range of frequencies by default.
My 3GHz Pi 5 is now totally stable without any extra voltage at all. As long as your software is up to date, it may be worth trying without over_voltage_delta! Note the lower the value the better of course as that makes the Pi run cooler, which in turn makes it more stable (apart from saving electricity).
