Troubleshooting • Libcamera commands stopped working after the June 2025 OS update

After the last June, 2025 OS update my Allsky camera stopped working. By using the terminal and testing the libcamera-hello command, I found that the libcamera command returns a not found message. The Allsky camera software uses the libcamera commands. How can I make the libcamera commands work again? Why did the update make them disappear? This Allsky camera is part of a funded research project studying light pollution. I need to get it back online ASAP. I am losing data every night it is idle.
Please tell me how I can restore the libcamera commands..
