A Pi4B will run on 2.4A...if you aren't running it flat out and don't have any power hungry add-ons.I see, what about the "USB Output 2: DC5V/2.4A"? I think this may be too low right?
The Pi will have M2 hat for SSD and the peripherals will find something with their own batteries and connect to bluetooth.
The M.2 adapter will only work for the Pi5 (the Pi4B does not have an exposed PCIe lane). But the minimum you'd want for a Pi5 is 3A, with 5A recommended.
