Weird test result. Test with SSD through USB meter to a mains powered notebook. 10 GBps. A mouse is the only other USB device plugged in.
Type-A connection. The meter shows a steady 0.45 amps used but the voltage flicks wildly between 5.1 and 4.7.
Type-C connection. The meter shows amps from 0.2 up to 0.7 and the voltage is a steady 5.04.
