That's not a usual state of affairs. You shouldn't have any packages in that state.2 not fully installed or removed. - For the first error (lines 40 to 45) it looks like apt has failed to install a new kernel or initramfs. I've no idea from the log as to why.
- For the second error block (lines 59 to 67) it appears to have failed at the same stage and for the same reason as the first.
- Make sure you have sufficient free space on both the root and boot partitions.
- If you're using the read only root overlay turn it off.
- If you're mounting the boot partition read only, turn that off too.
- Do as the log suggests and post the output from mount and cat /proc/mounts
