Sorry I'm a bit confused.. does it need an extra resistor in addition to the 10K pullup to VCC? I planned to place this 10K resistor as close as possible to the CS pin, if that is the concern.Missing resistor on SW1_BOOT. It needs to be close to the flash chip not the button. It is there to prevent the long trace to the button and the button itself from interfering with the high speed SPI clock.
The USB series termination resistors R1 and R2 should be 27R not 22R. It'll be out of spec so YMMV. Are you using an assembly service like JLCPCB? I'm guessing 27R still isn't in their basic component selection.
Thank you for the tip regarding the USB series termination resistors - I am indeed using JLCPCB for assembly (for the first time), and it looks like they have some options for 27R so I've switched my 22R out for these and placed them close to the RP2040 D+ and D- pins.
Due to the logistics of my project, my USB connector is actually placed on a breakout board around 15cm from the mainboard (and RP2040), so I added 22R on each of D+ and D- traces, close to the USB connector pins on the breakout board to help with signal integrity. Hopefully having the 22R and 27R in series won't cause any issues?
