If you have an IR-cut filter anywhere, I expect you'll get better results with a non-NoIR (i.e. default) flavour of tuning file, using Bayesian AWB rather than grey-world one.
But you might still need a new tuning for the lens.
As well as different lens shading itself, the different ray angles mean that both the IR-cut filter and sensor CFA could have different colour-as-a-function-of-position effects, compared to the standard camera.
