I understand now. Your are using the officially supported Raspberry Pi OS.Sorry...I expressed myself badly. I am using Raspberry PI OS that is based on Debian Stable (bookworm).
P.S. Also the cable is working ok. I don't have lost packages and it was plug in my desktop
There were regular reports of the mouse lagging when the Pi 5 came out. Those reports are much less frequent now.
To make sure nothing obvious is wrong, have you updated your OS with

$ sudo apt update$ sudo apt full-upgradeAlso, do you have a heatsink installed? At this point I would not consider running a Pi 5 without the active cooler and heatsink.
