Just to let others know, I tried MH4 and MHF1 U.FL connector and only MHF4 connector worked. The wifi strength was also great, and remeber to switch to external antenna in the boot config.

Conclusion, MHF4 is the connector that works with cm4/ cm5 wifi connector.
