1) It is for beta testing use. (Check section you are in) where our time is given to help get everything working before the general public do, and they look into it if needed already.Personally I would be against this idea for a number of reasons, including.
1) Pi Staff don't offer 1 to 1 assistance, I'm sure they're busy enough.
2) It could lead to feedback not getting posted to users in general.
3) It's open to abuse, not saying by staff nor yourself, but there is already numpty's popping in here wasting peoples valuable time.
Best to keep issues in an open (even if restricted) channel.
2) It is only by agreement to fix something in the beta. Aka remote debugging. Problem seen and mentioned in this beta testing section. They want to see more detail. Quicker for them to have a look around and see what's up if tester cannot find it. Saves time.

It is not for general help.
They cannot take my remote connection without me giving them it
They do not have to take the connection.
Just an idea and you wouldn't have to use it if you didn't want to.
