, it is because the Buster is too old?That's not a "Network manager" issue. Buster doesn't have Network Manager unless you have installed it.
another question is I download Bookworm to another SD card and try to clone my Buster SD card into the Bookworm SD card, after clone and reboot it stuck at the:
Wait, you installed Bookworm, booted from it, "cloned" your Buster SD card on to the running Bookworm one then tried to boot it?
I'm not at all surprised that didn't work. Odds are that SD card has a mix of Buster and Bookworm files now. Or is completely broken.
How did you perform the "clone"?
In general, your user's home directory and most config files can be copied but programs, applications, and packages need to be reinstalled.
